Note: Mississippi experienced handed a new structure in 1890 that efficiently disfranchised most blacks by switching electoral and voter registration specifications although it deprived them of constitutional legal rights approved less than put up-Civil War amendments, it survived U.S. Congress passed number of of Kennedy's major courses in the course of his life time, but did vote them through in 1964 and 1965 less than his successor Johnson.
