Obama Sr. returned to Kenya in 1964, where by he married for a 3rd time and worked for the Kenyan federal government as the Senior Economic Analyst in the Ministry of Finance. Obama sent his victory speech just before hundreds of thousands of supporters in Chicago's Grant Park.
