The river on achieving the plains commences to widen out till it reaches Rajahmundry. Within Ahmednagar District the river swiftly completes its short system, flowing alongside the town of Kopargaon and reaching Puntamba. The river exits the Niphad Taluka of Nashik and enters the Kopargaon taluka, Ahmednagar District.
