The parliament elects the President, Speaker of Parliament and Deputy Speakers. The Federal Parliament of Somalia is the countrywide parliament of Somalia. It also selects and offers potential Constitutional Court judges to the House of the People of the Federal Parliament for approval. The nationwide court composition is structured into three tiers: the Constitutional Court, Federal Government stage courts and State degree courts.
