First, that there is a definite pattern for the maladjusted to make higher scores on the Concept Mastery test. It is apparently intended as a corrective or preventative evaluate to fight goddamn spammers and other hackers whosse only function seems to be to make other people's life miserable and/or pointlessly inconvenient.
