In "The Third Man", the Winchesters learn that a few corrupt cops had been murdered by the youthful brother of one particular of their victims in possession of The Staff of Moses. The backstory of Sophie-Anne Leclerc, the Vampire Queen of New Orleans, is that after a plague killed his full city apart from for her and her older brother, the brother (who hated her for some motive) raped her and then offered her to strangers for meals and revenue.
