On April 5, 2011, Twitter examined a new homepage and phased out the "Old Twitter". On March 21, 2012, Twitter celebrated its sixth birthday whilst also saying that it had 140 million end users and 340 million tweets for each working day. As of June 2010, about 65 million tweets have been posted each individual day, equaling about 750 tweets despatched each second, according to Twitter.
