Rich was indicted on all three counts, 16 November 2017, pleaded guilty to all 3 counts and was sentenced, 1 February 2018, to 18 months suspended jail sentenced adopted by two yrs probation. He was sentenced, eight July 2019, to 2.5 decades in jail adopted by five a long time of supervised launch.
