Reinstall the filter screen and put your shower head back in place. Clean the screen with warm water and an old toothbrush to remove deposits. If there is still buildup in the spray holes, scrub the face of the shower head with an old toothbrush. Use a toothbrush to clean out stubborn buildup from the spray holes.
