As a parent of three young young children, I struggle with affording my young ones the kind of independence and freedom that Skenazy and Gray advertise. As extended as the kid's "essential needs are met" and he "is of ample age and maturity to avoid harm or unreasonable threat of hurt," this variety of impartial behavior no more time falls below Utah's definition of neglect, in accordance to the Utah State Legislature.
