Ron Dunn (Sam Elliott) is the former director of Eagleton's parks office, the equivalent posture of Ron Swanson's in Pawnee. Tynnyfer (June Diane Raphael) is a former staff of Eagleton's parks department whose place was the equivalent of April's. The two fulfilled during April's vacation to Venezuela and she introduced him back to Pawnee, principally to make Andy jealous.
