Homegrown food items are aspect of a shared national menu on a person of America's most common holidays, Thanksgiving, when many Americans make or purchase classic foods to celebrate the occasion. In five territories, English as well as one particular or extra indigenous languages are formal: Spanish in Puerto Rico, Samoan in American Samoa, and Chamorro in each Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands.
