On 18 January 2017, Microsoft announced that it would no extended retain the Windows Phone variations of Pocket Edition. On 19 December 2016, the full variation of Minecraft: Pocket Edition was produced on iOS, Android and Windows Phone. The only officially supported VR variations of Minecraft are the PlayStation four model, Minecraft: Gear VR Edition and Minecraft for Windows ten for Oculus Rift and Windows Mixed Reality headsets.
