In their minds there are no limitations to what they can do or how they can do it. Anything less than this and neglecting feedback is just going to hurt you and your organization. Constantly stick to normal techniques of getting more YouTube views, because YouTube (owned by Google) will break down on you and ban your account. I am not stating that it doesn't work, it can be very effective.
