If, as Moldbug indicates, a corporate state’s revenue arrived from land value taxes, and so earnings arrived from rising land values, then points like decreasing crime, pollution, and poverty would be in the corporate state’s best passions. They fortunately recognized (and invented) subprime financial loans that would raise their gains currently at the expense of probable economical catastrophe tomorrow.
