Y brother-in-legislation, Paul Robitaille, was at Kanahoe Marine Corps Air Station with my sister at the exact time. Previously not observed since late October, 2002. Was back again on the air from a reportedly new site, initially in mono, as of December, 2001. Formerly "Power 89.3 FM -- Urban Community Radio" (switched slogans by July, 2002).
