The episode's title is a pun on the well known line (May the Force be with you) from the movie produced a couple months before. The Evil (1978): A group of people today awaken an evil force in a home a single of them has moved into. Also, the scene in between Greedo and Han Solo pays homage to equally Angel Eyes' pay a visit to to Stevens and the just one armed bounty hunter cornering (and underestimating) Tuco in the bathtub.
