In a further judgement, pupil editor Mark Camilleri and creator Alex Vella Gera ended up discovered not responsible underneath Article 208 (1) of the Criminal Code and Article seven of the Press Act (obscene libel) for the publication of an obscene story entitled Li Tkisser Sewwi (translated in English to 'Repair that which you break') in scholar newspaper Realtà (distributed for totally free on campus at the University of Malta) by the Court.
