Sara Robinson, a previous beverage manager at a Hard Rock bar, sued Dennis Rodman and the resort in 2007. She alleged that Rodman experienced assaulted her in 2006, and that the Hard Rock was negligent in preserving him off the home soon after that. Other explanations for threats towards individuals assaulted is to punish them for reporting it, or of forcing them to withdraw the grievance.
