Sara Robinson, a former beverage manager at a Hard Rock bar, sued Dennis Rodman and the vacation resort in 2007. She alleged that Rodman had assaulted her in 2006, and that the Hard Rock was negligent in retaining him off the home following that. Other reasons for threats versus those people assaulted is to punish them for reporting it, or of forcing them to withdraw the grievance.
