In April 2013, a class action lawsuit was submitted from Gearbox Software and the game's publisher, Sega. On December 2, 2013, singer Rita Ora was cast as Christian's more youthful sister Mia. While the workforce could have recast thanks to the lapse of time concerning the initial and Full Body, the team needed to "preserve the integrity" of Full Body and so brought back again the full primary cast and most of the supporting cast.
