Miller went to Keystone Oaks High School. Miller recalled that he was 20-1-5 several years out of superior school and donning a paper hat though operating together with teenagers thrilled about getting their driver's licenses. He commenced showing up onstage at the Oak's Lounge in Castle Shannon although working at the Giant Eagle deli in Kennedy.
