The analysis will present an up-to-date overview of the software of the provisions of the Regulation. The objective of this evaluation is to evaluate to which extent Regulation (EC) No 80/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 January 2009 on a Code of Conduct for computerised reservation systems1 (hereinafter Code of Conduct) has obtained its targets.
