Davenport and Steggerda located that amongst Jamaicans woolly hair transpired in 100 percent of blacks, in 86.7 percent of browns, and in i percent of whites. In these cases, the most common locale in which the crime transpired was the subway (55 per cent of circumstances), followed by 11 percent of conditions on the street, suggesting that most of these scenarios associated crimes by perpetrators who were strangers to the females they focused.
