There has been common misunderstanding of a 2005 review that located that 1 in seven youths experienced received an unwanted on-line sexual solicitation but the authors of that study - the Crimes Against Children Research Center - posted a simple fact sheet that clarifies that these solicitations are generally not from predators and most of the recipients of the solicitations did not watch them as really serious.
