In India, B.R. Ambedkar released the Navayana tradition - literally, "new car or truck". Shaiva custom also appropriated non-Hindu deities, texts and traditions. In Korea, just about all Buddhists belong to the Chogye college, which is officially Son (Zen), but with significant elements from other traditions.
