I’ve been using FreeBSD (NetBSD’s sibling) for just about a 10 years now (just cannot recall when I begun using it) and the only downside I’ve found is that it isn’t as common, so sometimes acquiring a remedy to one’s difficulty requires far more time than it would on Linux (which has bought a lot superior guidance from tech giants, like hardware distributors).
