Air tours are preferred with Hawaii travelers. Thomas, discovered in the Caribbean, is within the Virgin Islands. We cyclists were met at the airport (some were gotten at the train station or a parking lot) by the morning shuttle bus which took us 2 the town of Stonington, a charming fishing neighborhood. A lot of trips include guided tours to these sights.
