Earplugs - These are fantastic and cheap for light sleepers like myself. This is not always a terrific concept due to the fact that overland journeys are much more gratifying than internal flights as you can break the journey up and stop off to see great deals of different things. If you begin to lose your muse for writing, or strike the wall, it might be time for a change of speed.
