KDKA-Tv, WPCW, WINP-Tv, and WPCB are network owned-and-operated stations. Three non-business stations are run by Carnegie Mellon University (WRCT 88.3 FM), the University of Pittsburgh (WPTS 92.1 FM), and Point Park University (WPPJ 670 AM).
