Whitening strips have to be applied directly to the teeth. When compared to the first two types of teeth whitening products, whitening strips are a little costly. On average, all of these products have to be used at least for one week before results are obtained.

Another abrasive paste is whitening pastes. Since they're so abrasive, it's not recommended to use this as your sole toothpaste.
