Chaosium's tabletop role-actively playing video game Call of Cthulhu, released in 1981 and presently in its seventh key version, was one of the initial online games to attract seriously from Lovecraft. He explained Lovecraft as currently being "completely capable" in the fields of story logic, pacing, innovation, and producing quotable phrases.
