Air tours are incredibly popular with Hawaii tourists. Thomas, found in the Caribbean, is within the Virgin Islands. We bicyclists were fulfilled at the airport (some were picked up at the train station or a car park) by the early morning shuttle which took us two the town of Stonington, a charming fishing neighborhood. Many trips consist of guided tours to these sights.
