Kimberly Jean Davis (née Bailey born September 17, 1965) is a former county clerk for Rowan County, Kentucky, who acquired intercontinental notice in August 2015 when she defied a U.S. Judge Bunning requested Davis and her 6 deputy clerks to surface prior to him on September 3 right after the six partners sought to have her held in contempt of court. Many innocent people have been killed in that situation.
