Beware a Bargain
Some people believe they can get on the bottom rung of the ladder with a simple apartment in a high-rise and find an income, or sell later. There’s too much competition for that to be true anymore, if it ever was. The average number of views for an apartment in Batumi on Airbnb is just 20 per month, whereas ours are 30,000 views per month, and we’re consistently fully-booked. The contrast is clear to see.
