The global establishment's two major lenders — the World Bank, which lends to governments, and the International Finance Corporation, which lends to firms resembling Tata — have repeatedly failed to make sure individuals harmed by large initiatives get counted, an investigation by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists has discovered.
