He played bass guitar in a band referred to as Manufactured Funk with songwriter and musician Patrick Moten. He also performed bass in his mother's band right after his mothers and fathers divorced and he afterwards performed in his father's band. He toured with previous Ikette Randi Love as Sweet Randi Love and the Love Thang Band.
