By using the in-community caching capacity of ICN and edge computing, the proposed system framework of dwell broadcasting optimization of soccer competitions is shown in Figure 1. We can see that there are two kinds of different servers, i.e., contents supplier server used to retailer the soccer competitions related videos and edge computing server used to compute the complicated tasks.
