Some examples of high-fiber foods are pears, peas, oat bran, raspberries, lentils and artichokes. They were much thicker than I handled them to be. I am on my way to higher skin (or, at really first least, a lesser waist line). The longer it lasts much better it is for all parties involved. I've learned many stuff over any time.
