I simply got hit for five (to this point) ITA fees (overseas transactions) for $15 every totaling $60, taken by the bank for petty eBay purchases as small as $four.fifty five (300% price) paid via PayPal, despite the fact that my bank's solely involvement was to ship money to PayPal in a domestic transaction (the actual paying is done by PayPal).
