Intent on pursuing a solo job as a rapper, he introduced his debut studio album, The College Dropout (2004), to crucial and business good results. Because of his association with D-Dot, West was not capable to release a solo album, so he shaped and grew to become a member and producer of the Go-Getters, a late-nineties Chicago rap team composed of him, GLC, Timmy G, Really Doe, and Arrowstar.
