I simply got hit for five (to this point) ITA charges (foreign transactions) for $15 each totaling $60, taken by the financial institution for petty eBay purchases as small as $four.fifty five (300% payment) paid by PayPal, although my bank's solely involvement was to send cash to PayPal in a domestic transaction (the actual paying is finished by PayPal).
