Rich was indicted on all a few counts, 16 November 2017, pleaded responsible to all a few counts and was sentenced, one February 2018, to 18 months suspended jail sentenced followed by two decades probation. He pleaded guilty, 18 July 2018, to one depend and was sentenced, 27 November 2018, to three decades in federal jail followed by five many years of supervised launch.
