Appellant had two different on the web contacts with "Hope" on December 14, 2004. During the to start with, appellant mentioned his serious title was "Arthur" and discussed he utilized "Mark" when chatting on the web. On January 14, 2005, appellant contacted "Hope" on line and related he purchased a bus ticket from Sacramento to Newhall for January 19, 2005, at 6:30 a.m., and he would include $20 for foodstuff with the ticket.
