Appellant experienced two individual on line contacts with "Hope" on December 14, 2004. During the to start with, appellant mentioned his true title was "Arthur" and explained he used "Mark" while chatting on the net. On January 14, 2005, appellant contacted "Hope" on line and relevant he purchased a bus ticket from Sacramento to Newhall for January 19, 2005, at 6:30 a.m., and he would contain $20 for food items with the ticket.
