A tax monthly bill was launched, with the objective of assisting victims of domestic abuse and rape. An excise tax was proposed for all adult goods and services, with the proceeds likely to collection of the tax, law enforcement and, if nearly anything remained, to rape counseling centers and battered sufferer shelters.
