Mr. No Legs (1978): Two cops battle to stop a drug kingpin and his enforcer, a double leg amputee armed with two shotguns designed into his wheelchair nicknamed "Mr. No Legs." No marvel why he is the film's namesake and its principal attract, as he steals quite a great deal every single scene he is in. Oh, and the drug lord is played by Leslie Nielsen.
