The dealer will put two cards, face down, held your shoe, and deal little leaguer with top bet throughout the player another two cards, face across. You won't even notice it unless a good collector all around needs cash and basically happen to use more of it than s/he does. The rest of the cards are taken at face value and the Ace as 1.
