Detrimental may last as long as 4 to 5 months. Something to note though is that Botox does not work for everyone, even although it has been proven effective oftentimes. Choosing surgery is a serious decision, certainly not one to be taken gradually. My wife made Botox a running joke in their life but it has paid off.
