Given the close to two billion web pages that exist on the Web, the 1.5 million new internet pages that are added everyday, and the amount at which articles on present webpages changes, if a filtering company blocks only individuals Web web pages that have been reviewed by human beings, it will be impossible, as a realistic matter, to stay clear of extensive quantities of underblocking.
